<Description>
<DescriptionText><text>
This value specifies the maximum time to wait when moving the picker in or out.
There are sensors for the picker out (away from the plate stack) position only.
If these are enabled, the system will wait until either the sensors are
activated or this amount of time has expired. If the sensors are enabled and the
time has expired, the system will suspend with an error message. If the sensors
are disabled or when the picker is being moved towards the plates, the system
will wait for the full amount of time specified by this parameter.
</text></DescriptionText>
<DescriptionText><text>
For the version 3 picker, the aldly phid parameter is used when moving the head
in towards the plate stack.
